Mix: 1 cup flour, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/8 tsp pepper, 2/3 cup milk and 2 eggs. I was really weirded out that it was runny, but it's supposed to be that way. Put it in an 8x8 dish and brown 1/2-1 pound of hamburger. I added some more salt and pepper to the hamburger.
Add hamburger to the top of crust mixture and press.
Bake for 15 minutes @ 425
Pour tomato sauce over the top and add cheese. Alissa warned me not to put too much sauce on it... well come to find out I didn't put enough! Still good though :)
Bake for 5 more minutes
